When something looks better in the snow than it does on a clear day, to give it that air of mystique, or something in the early morning fog has the appeal, then yes absolutely weather and time should be required.

This is the kind of content that required a little patience and originally you had to actually figure things out. It might not be your cup of tea, but for people who like those little lore and exploration aspects... It's really quite lovely.
