Just not with the time AND weather dependency...one or the other I'm find with...but both? Not thanks(especially since I still need to do my ARR ones)

I would be fine with more Stipulations if they increased rewards beyond just a title/minion stuff like a windswept hairstyle, binocular emote, Lara Croft(Old style like Legends) inspired outfit or a mount. Basically make the rewards more worthwhile to the effort to do them. I will be doing ShB sightseeing log regardless because i'm a lore junky but i'm not opposed to making them harder/more time consuming to get if there is a big enough carrot

Some fish have a 20 minute window to catch them then it won't be open again for days if not a week later.

At least now you can see when the weather and time is going to be thanks to the weather NPCs. I did this before they existed and sat in whatever zone I needed to and blindly waited...

When something looks better in the snow than it does on a clear day, to give it that air of mystique, or something in the early morning fog has the appeal, then yes absolutely weather and time should be required.

ARR sightseeing log is fun. You read the description and pretty much tells you alot when tand where to visit. See places you been things you didn't really see before.

But do you really see something you haven't seen before for the leatherworker guild one? Also I'm sure where you have to stand for that one doesn't give much of a better perspective. Or the one that makes you stand in the rain for the petrified Goubbue.

Don't tell me it was Sanctum of the Twelve, I had that EXACT same thing happen to me on my server two days ago lol. I had missed it the previous morning by 4 minutes and sat there all game day waiting for it to turn.

Totally not a happy camper, but in hindsight it's pretty funny.

This is the kind of content that required a little patience and originally you had to actually figure things out. It might not be your cup of tea, but for people who like those little lore and exploration aspects... It's really quite lovely.
