    Housing RNG question

    Don't mean to beat a dead horse but I couldn't find an answer to my specific question.

    So, I understand the RNG timer and Devaluation timers are said to be seperate, but when looking for a home, I found a few open, with devalues seeming to all happen at 12:00 cst on cactuar server (could be incorrect, but checked 5 houses for sale to gather this much) I am also assuming demolition sweeps start at the same time. That being the case, would it be fair to say the closer to the delvaluation time hitting, we can predict the RNG to be within that devalue time remaining? Ex: 9am with 3 hours left to devalue, the house would be open to the clickers to partake sometime within those 3 hours? That info, if correct, would help me to check housing with lower devalue times so I don't have to waste 10-20 hours clicking to buy.

    It was found that the first devaluation timer after a plot is demolished counts down to 5-6pm server time (original showed 6pm, but my looking around showed 5pm so maybe daylight savings adjusts it?), after that it goes on a 6 hour countdown cycle. There's no secret pattern, they're completely separate and you'll only know how much time has passed if you're there to see the house reclaimed by the system/demoed manually.

    Thank you, that explains a lot more. I asked people in game but couldn't get a straight answer. Will just hope I don't have to fight bots next click sesh and try during less active hours
