Basically don't be a dick, I mean this could still happen in away now, player donates time and money to get an FC house, then gets kicked after they've got what they wanted. People will be assholes, moral of the story be careful who you trust.I see another scenario that would be a problem. A player with a house is invited to an FC, donates his house to it, and then is kicked out now that they have what they wanted from him.
However, if that player remains the actual owner of the house, both this and the problem pointed out by Arezehl shouldn't be an issue. There would be a new problem, though; the player who donated his house could then lord it over the rest of the FC, demanding all sorts of preferential treatment, because they don't want him to leave and take the clubhouse and all its amenities with him.
It's a nice idea, but I'm not sure if there's really a way to do this without one serious problem or another developing.
