HELP want to buy Stormblood

OK I am in my account, click to buy Stormblood, see the list of stuff for sale and find the version I want click it and it goes into my basket. I click the basked and it says something about check the item then there is a long list of kind of computer numbers and letters and it then wants me to subscribe to some advertisement brochure or something. (this is purchase to download)

It does not give me any opportunity to pay for the thing or do anything! They have my account details to charge for it too. but there is no place to click.

How can a person buy something from them if after shopping basket they don't give you the proper places to pay etc. I click on the shopping basked which says (1) but to pay there is nothing happening just as above, those strange computer signs and numbers.

I think maybe they do not want to sell the stuff any longer and want to go out of business?
I wrote a question about this before in Technical difficulties but they never bothered to reply.

there was some issues selling upgrades/copies through the mogstation directly awhile back so they disabled it. you can still pretty easily get the digital copy code from the SE store then apply to your account.

I have no idea where the SE Store is supposed to be. I tried various areas etc etc but I always end up with the same Store I was at. There does not seem to be another SE store?
This is so frustrating. So THEIR store does not work and they don't care?
And people have to go somewhere else to buy THEIR game explansion?
Is this for real?

And I hate this to prove I am not a robot. Fuzzy pics and you supposed to say if there are zebra stripes or a traffic light. And then give shonky photos and expect people to be lucky to tick the right ones. Whoever invented that system was a total moran and all the game morons use that stupid system!

That might be the page you want. That particular site is specifically for North America.

The systems you're describing are called CAPTCHA. They are, indeed, often frustrating; they are also commonplace to prevent automated abuse of the system (in this case, probably from automated software spamming credit card info nonstop till something works) since the expectation is that such automated software would not be able to read the codes, identify zebras, and so forth.
