[Fatter Cat] Mog Station item yet received

I purchased the Fatter Cat mount 17hrs ago. With my mastercard, if that makes a difference.
My mailbox is completely clear, showing 0/100 or 0/20. Its completely clear.
I've pressed the Reward/Purchase Delivery Request countless times.
Completely exited the game many times.
I've emailed SE with no response.

I don't know what else to do.

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is not a tech issue. I apologize as we are unable to assist with your concern. Please make sure the inventory and the mail box are not full. If the item still has not appeared, you will need to contact a Game Master in game to assist with the problem. They will be able to help recover the item.
