My registration code isn't working.

I followed all the instructions to get my in-game bonuses, to a T. Got the 20 digit registration code. Went to mogstation. My account. Pre-Order Bonus Code (Early Access). Got to the bottom of the page. Entered in the code in the 5 segmented boxes. Invalid. Entered again. Invalid. Copied and pasted. Invalid.

I'm getting a bit frustrated, as no article online has any information but to do what I've already done. Can anyone help me?

So I just found out that I needed to purchase a separate version of Shadowbringers since I have a steam account. I'm out 60 dollars and support is closed for the weekend. This is incredibly disheartening.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

If you have the Steam version of Final Fantasy XIV registered to the account, you will need to get the Steam licence for Shadowbringers. This is because Steam and Windows are treated as two separate computer platforms and are not compatible with each other. In order to refund the the Windows version of the game, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased it from.

If you have purchased Shadowbringers from the SQUARE ENIX online store, you will need to contact their support team.
