Realm transfer house question

So my FC is moving servers and we have a house. To my understanding FC houses dont get the 3 mil compensation. Is there a way to get that 3 mil? Would demolishing the current FC house then building a personal house on the land work? We aren't very rich characters so the 3 mil would help with the new house. Any advice would be appreciated.

That should work, yes - however you need to consider the invisible timer that might prevent you from rebuying the house (at least straight away) and you also need to have the money to buy the plot again (you'll get it back, obviously, but you need to have it lying around first).

One thing that could work would be simply selling your FC with the plot still attached - while house flipping is very dark grey-ish area, it seems to be usually considered okay to sell FCs - specially if you dont overcharge. If you simply state that you'd like 3 million to transfer leadership of the FC no one should mind.
