Curious on player routine regarding GC, hunts, leveling, seals, marks...pre SB

So I just started HW and im taking my time to enjoy the story. I have a lot other content to do as well: GC squadron, hunts/marks, leveling other jobs etc..

I would like to know what others or have done with there daily routine like:

1) What order do you do your dailies for best efficiency?
2) Do you build beast tribe reputation evenly or is there one you do before all others?
3) Is it better to one job at a time or all evenly for leveling?
4) MSQ fast or slow?
5) How much time do you spend on one content?
6) Is it better to level all crafting and gathering before leveling in alt job?
7) Should I farm for poetics for each job armor and weapon?
8) As far as retainers, do you send for exploration to level them or for mats?

Anyhow, these are just a few questions I am curious about. I realize that most this is subjective. Under the assumption of doing everything you possibly can at beginning of HW exp.

1) queue for duty and start doing daily's(beast tribe etc) while waiting(if not tank/heal).
2) it depends i guess, if you do hw/sb beast tribes u can only do 3 a day for each beast tribe, except if u level up, then you get 3 more to do. so since you have 12 allowances normally you do 3 different ones at once. only the ARR ones allow you to take as many as you can (up to 12) a day.
3)i'll suggest to try different jobs and once you decide which one you like to play the most, play it to max lvl. but its up to you.
4)not sure what exactly you mean. if its your first job you are leveling, yes focus mostly on msq and the blue quests for additional content.
6)up to you, leveling crafting/gathering can take some time. it also depends if you even like doing this activity.
7)you will get lots of poetics while you play duty roulettes and also there are a lot of 50+ dungeons which reward those.
8) both? if you are online for 2-3h you can send them 2-3 times on a 1h exploration, when you go off send them on the long ones. the retainers are not very efficient if it comes to get you mats, but you can do other things while they do it.

cant answer 5 because i dont know what you mean with "one content" and which "content" :>

right I should be more clear about number five- so what I meant by that is do you focus entirely on say crafting for a set time or gathering. Really just looking how many hours, days, months, you put it in on this. And not just DoH/DoL but chocobo racing, triad, roulette raids, df leveling, potd, etc...
