Very high ping

Hello, good evening. I'm having trouble with the routing to the server. A month ago i've contacted my ISP and complained about the routing to the servers being around 400ms or higher. I have no idea but it lowered again to 210ms in a week, the normal ping for southeast of Brazil. And now it went up again and its around 300ms . I've contacted my ISP another time but they said it's away from their management.

Unfortunately it's because you're route to the SE servers is going via Spain. Specifically hops 10, 11 and 12.

Either your ISP needs to change your routing (but they probably won't...) or you'll have to use a 3rd party VPN solution to do it yourself

in which country to you live?
if your in europe, why you playing on US servers?

As worldofneil mentioned, it looks like you are being routed through Europe before connecting to the North American Data Center. This is probably the reason for your high ping. Unfortunately, you have little direct control on how you connect to any one particular server. As such, I'd suggest contacting your ISP again to see what they can do about it.
