sugestion, no penalty when talking to a GM

in order for you to talk to a GM it needs to be through /tell, and you cant do that while in duty so in case you enter a duty after reporting someone to them you need to get out of the duty, receive a 30 minute penalty to be able to handle the problem that you reported. i wish a better way to work around that problem.

As a a guild leader who has to wait for someone to finish their 40-minute dungeon before I can explain that they didn't do their in-game application right, I have to defend the GMs and say that it's probably better if you didn't queue at all as a courtesy to them. I've had over 3,000 unique members come into my guild, a lot of times they're folks who just write "hey returning" and no idea who they are but they want me to wait hand and foot on them. Just had one who signed off in the middle of a conversation as to why they weren't approved in the guild.

Psychologically, a lot of players do a thing, sign off, and you never hear from the person again. I've had countless GM discussions on the acts of homophobia and transphobia on servers and I would respectfully do non-queue things like Gold Saucer, Triple Triad, chocobo leveling, crafting, gatherering, beast tribes, or the like to stay off the instanced servers. I imagine they don't get paid a substantial amount of money so I try to make their lives easy. I imagine it's not easy being them, so I do my best to always be kind to them and show them the courtesy not to queue.

You can /tell GMs in duties. If you Right-Click > Send Tell, you can reply to them.
