add Random stat rolls to in game drops

Wouldn't it be fun to kill the latest Ex-Primael over and over again until finally your weapon drops or you have enough totems to trade them in, only to get it with crappy stats? Yeah, no...

But then you could trade in 99 of those weapons for 1 with marginally ok stat rolls!

And run the same ex primal 99 times again because the mount didn't drop often enough or your rolls where so bad that it made you cry (oh look RNG is nice).

The RNG on the rolls for the eureka weapons is already bad enough that no one with any appreciation for his/her own sanity would want more of it in the game.
