add Random stat rolls to in game drops

As someone who has played Diablo 3... NO!!! If SE even MENTIONED that I would have to spend 1k tomestons and 7 items on the same weapon over and over again to get the right stats on it, THAT would make me unsub in a heartbeat.

3 screwed up the random system it uses a a 1-4 different types per piece
also again n i said from drops and crafted items lol which include raid drops.

the item can have different variations on stat,sockets that would make items meaningfull instead of everyone walking around as clones of another within same job
