Please explain why you want something that we luckly got rid off for the most part?

Personally I can see the fun in this - even though dungeon gear is mainly used for glamour anyways, on the odd chance that it would be an ilvl-upgrade for you, you know need to farm to get proper stats on it? Or, depending on your class and the available other gear, a dungeon-drop with perfect RNG-stats would be BiS, so now you need to spam this dungeon for a specific piece, get that piece to drop and then throw 95% of them away again?

...why... why would anyone want that? Whats the benefit?
