Sound Cutting off

Hi,

I've recently reinstalled the game but I have noticed during PVP matches the BGM and battle effect sounds intermittently cut off. I have rebooted and the issue still remains, I've never had an issue with my speakers and it only happens when in PVP, as far as I'm aware. Also it's not consistent and I cannot tell when it will happen next.

I've already submitted a bug, any ideas what I should do?

How long have you been having this issue? Does the sound cut off when headphones are plugged in ? Or does it occur when the speakers are being used. Could you also provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
