    4/23/2019 Connection issues

    Hello, I renewed my subscription on Monday but didn't start again till Tuesday and for what ever reason been having some MAJOR connection issues. I can't seem to do too much without it randomly disconnecting me from the game. Before my previous subscription ended, the game ran fine, didn't have the game disconnect me at all, though keep in mind that I do have Verizon, which is known to be spotty but haven't had issues with it before when I played FFXIV. All of a sudden after the update Tuesday, the game doesn't want to stay connected period. It'll say there was connection problems, a connection error or it won't even leave the title screen, saying "Lobby Service Connection had an error." Am I the only one having this issue or are their others dealing with it? With this happening, I feel like I wasted 14.99 on a subscription when the game only wants to DC (disconnect.)

    And before any of you ask if I'm still having this issue, yes, I am, even after the emergency maintenance last night.

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Frequency at which error occurs
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    Having the same issue except the launcher goes to a white screen and nothing every time I put in the game can even log in. I reset my router and everything nothing works

    I have been having issues with lag on the ps4 as well. Regularly get "Lobby Service Connection had an error." There are many times in dungeons when the game lags by about 20 secs and it catches up as everything is dead.
    Again this is happening on the PS4. It was fine a month ago too. The connection was wireless and wired with the same result. And it seems to be happening in instances 90% of the time and 50% in world.
    So far I have reset the router, (game runs fine on roommates PC). And cleared the cookies on the PSN browser and made sure the accept cookies was still on the PSN browser and resetted the PS4.
    Any other steps would be appreciated.

    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040
    -Contact ISP
