World Visit queue times

Hi!

I wanted to ask you what your average wait time is to visit another server on your data center.

I'm asking because on Tuesday, right after the server came online, I tried it out and had a queue time of about 3 seconds or so to each server on Chaos. Later that day, it was still instant almost all of the time, aside from taking a few seconds to Ragnarok.

The next day I canceled the queue because it said more than 20 minutes while I'm at position 1-3. Now I tried it again, at 10 am CEST, when not many people are online, and it says more than 20 minutes again. I've seen 2-3 players on Omega at the Limsa Aetheryte with the Wanderer tag, waiting to get on another server. I would have thought it faster before noon.

I know that in the patch notes it says it can take a few minutes, but I've seen posts from players from Chaos and Light waiting like 200 minutes to get back to their home server.

Is this the intended wait time? I'm confused because it was near instant on launch day, or was that a bug and long queue times are normal?

Well am waiting to visit Omega right now in queue for 1 hour and 30 min and really want to go visit Omega to make the House census of the day.

Why is Omega full?

Omega doesn't seem very full to me, and it usually is rather quiet here compared to Ragnarok or Cerberus. I just checked Limsa. There are definitely more people online at this time of the day than usual, but only a few more.

But I also got disconnected yet AGAIN afew minutes ago and it said my character hasn't logged out properly, like it happened 10 times over the last 2 days and then I can't log in with any of my characters. Never had that before.

I went from Louisoix to Moogle a bunch of times during "peak" hours, and it has been instant each time.
Although I assume Moogle is quite populated too.

well i can't even get back to omega, over and 1 hour and 40 mins now in a queue of 6 people.

I have been popping from Balmung to all over Crystal and have only been in a queue once for Goblin, and I was 1 in my queue. I never have to wait, even during high times.

I've only toyed with world visit, but all my hops across Primal have been instant so far.

I think I realistically had a queue going to just Balmung and Mateus last evening. Past that everything else was almost instant.

Yesterday, an FC Member had the problem that he could not coming back to his Homeworld, he waited nearly 2 hrs. before he could come back to Phoenix.

Personally I'm too afraid to leave my home server.

One of my friends left it to go to Omega, she was stuck there for over 3 hours stuck in queue to come back to our home server.

Leaving high population worlds to visit someone else is definitely a big no-no.
