You can carry up to 16 quests at once, 8 regional leves, and 8 local leves. Remember that your leve allowances can stack up to 99 if you don't use all of them each day, so when you complete the leves you have listed head back to town and pick more up. You can also do behests with the battle wardens in camp for extra exp. I never looked in to what the timer's are on those, but they're basically kill x creatures across the zone and finishes in a pseudo boss fight. Also, new quests get released pretty much every patch, so we'll just have to be patient for more things to do. They're on the way.

I think those behests cycle every 30 minutes. But they are kinda fun in that they are different than your standard leve with a miniboss at the end. They are a good way to break up the monotony if you are leve grinding.
