DELUXE apartments/condos?

Right now, apartments come in one size: studio. In reality, they have apartments that have multiple floors and are quite spacious.

So any chance we could get "deluxe" apartments which are basically instanced versions of current housing interiors?

This way, we could buy apartments that are the same size as small, medium and large houses, but we don't have to wait for a plot to open up, since there will literally ALWAYS be more people on the server who want a house than houses that are available.

Aren't there some apartments IRL that have outdoor balconies too? Not the largest, but some balcony? If so, maybe it'd be useful to get outdoor sections added, so we can do some gardening and cross-breeding.

That would be very nice, especially with a balcony.
Still don't get why they did not do that in the first place. Make the houses for FC only and give players the ability to get those deluxe condo with more rooms please ^^

The inn room in kugane is pretty nice, its got an outdoor view, wish we could buy furnished houses with an indoor-outdoor view

I think they should add a mini expansion, where we set off to explore and settle a new land. Then once it's settled, we're allowed to build houses there. Or...

I can understand the residential wards for people who want a house exterior, but really, I just want a large space to make my own and I'm not going to be able to get that on my server without a massive stroke of luck, really.

If SE went to instanced housing there is no reason it couldn't include the exterior and a yard. In fact it would make it feel more real in a way as you could just open the door and walk into the house.

I thought this too. I'd love an apartment that, inside, was the same as a small cottage. Two floors. I honestly wouldn't care if it had access to gardening or anything else, as that might make it the same price as a house, but just the two stories to decorate would be lovely.

I'd like to be able to buy a mansion-sized condo that simply doesn't have an exterior.

After all, when you right click the door of a house, you're being teleported into an instance anyway.

Apartments being the same size as an FC room while being more expensive always felt like kind of a slap in the face to me.
