    Computer crashes at loading screen

    After the maintenance earlier this week I have been unable to enter the game. I can get as far as character select, but as soon as I start to load into the actual game, my computer crashes/full reboot. No error message or anything, just a hard reset. Never had this or any other problems at all before or with any other games.

    I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. What have you tried so far to alleviate the problem? Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
