Unable to log into character, client crash

Hi, I've been unable to log in after I teleported to the Azim Steppes. Each time i've tried, the game crashes and turns itself off the client (dx11). if set to (dx9), it would infinitely loop. I've checked on two computers and both have the same issue. I tried with another account and on one of the two computers, it crashed the same and the other worked perfectly fine. I'm able to log into the character select with no issues but fails once it tries to log the character in.

I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. How long have you been having this issue? Is there an error message that appears when the game crashes? If so could you provide the error message in your next reply? Please also provide a system report. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
