One of my friends had a mental breakdown after spending days with the stupid placards and losing over again against bots, SE don't care about the situation, the "we are listening" and "we are looking into it" is just a standart industry for "we don't care enough to fix it" or "that will cost money and we hate to spend money".
Every other game in the market who have a housing system does it better, even Wildstar understood it better.

I hate to use forum post count as judgement but I'm going to assume you missed all the times the devs themselves have responded here on the forums about topics. Not to mention responses when time for fanfest and live letters.

And yet, most of those responses are just to PR and damage control, the few times they actually did something they just did a "band-aid" solution that only changes one problem to another.
Don't fool your self with kind words of "we hear you", the only real motivator is sub count, if start to drop they will start solving stuff in a heartbeat, until there they will delay every change that envolve more costs.
