To accommodate the data center changes, all characters on North American data centers will be able to change their Home World free of charge from Apr. 23, 2019 to May 8, 2019.

However, there was an issue where characters on the Zalera World did not receive these accommodations on Apr. 23 between 3:00 a.m. to 4:50 a.m. (PDT) / 10:00 to 11:50 (GMT) / 11:00 to 12:50 (BST). This has now been resolved, and characters on the Zalera World are now able to change their Home World free of charge for the duration of the accommodation period.

Refunds will be provided for charges which occurred when changing a character's Home World from Zalera during the issue. Additional details for these refunds will be announced in a later notice.
