We confirmed an issue where certain characters utilizing the World Visit feature during high congestion on Apr. 23, 2019 were unable to reach their destination World, and were unable to log in for an extended period of time due to Error 1016.

We have addressed the issue and the affected characters should no longer experience the error. However, if you are unable to login for extended periods of time due to Error 1016, please contact us through the in-game support desk or the Support Center.

* Please note that Error 1016 may appear temporarily during periods of high congestion. However, if you are experiencing the error for an extended period of time, it may be due to the issue with the World Visit feature.

* When contacting the in-game support desk, please use a separate character on the same account which includes the affected character.
