And they're so stuck on neighborhoods that they're willing to let their playerbase suffer poor housing implementation and be unhappy rather than put in instanced housing.

We know they can do instanced housing. House interiors are already instanced, apartments are instanced - they have the ability to do it if they wanted. They just refuse to because they're so stuck on this neighborhood thing.

Players: "Can we have more houses, SE? Instanced housing would solve this issue..."

SE: "...but my immersion!"
