Should I report this person for an unjust dismissal? Happened during an Orbonne run

I rarely get into it with other players and I'm not one to go out of my way to do a report. However, I'm questioning if that's what I should do.

During my run through Orbonne this evening, everything started after normal. But after the first set of Harpy mobs, my PS4 controller's right stick started to glitch. I have a glitch that causes the stick to rotate the camera. This causes me to fight with the camera to get it under control. Because of this, I was hit by the Hardy's doom debuff. I noticed the debuff lasted for about 10+ and neither healer bothered to cast Esuna. So I died. When I was rezzed, I asked "No Esuna?" because I was expecting the healers to look out for debuffs. The WHM apologized and admitted they were distracted (probably from dpsing). At that point, I was willing to let it slide. But then the SCH wanted to preach to me that I shouldn't have gotten hit in the first place. Basically, blaming me for it. Like I said, I had a camera glitch I had to control. Admittedly, I didn't mention the glitch, but even so why that was the SCH's response, when they could've cast fast Esuna on a 10 second debuff is beyond my understanding.

I responded that the SCH should've been aware of the debuff and handle it with the tools they have and do their job. Then I get told "I wish I was paid to do Esuna." I responded along of the lines of "Well, clearly you weren't cut out to use it." Then the WHM started to react to it. Suddenly, the SCH want to start accusing me of being an "MLG" player, just because I said they should be alert in using Esuna. I literally said they don't have to be and they should "do their best to use their abilities." Then the SCH went on the brag that they're going a good job. I should also mentioned this was going on up until the second boss was defeated. Then as I was moving to the next area, I get kicked. I checked the contacts and 4 players from the party were from the same serve, possibly meaning they were in the same FC and they took the SCH's side. Is this reportable? And is it even worth it at this point?

EDIT: This is the first time I've had this happen in the over 4 years I've played this game. I didn't really want to report, but I felt the need to ask about it. I've heard people's insight, so I'll take that and move on

Well unless you ask them then there is no way of actually knowing the reason you were kicked to begin with. I mean you can assume it's because of that particular issue you mentioned, it could be something else who knows, but it's probably better to just move on from it for now. Luckily you were at the start of the duty run so it's not like you were half way through it or anything.

if you dragged it on as long as you claim, i could absolutely see a valid harassment kick.

as to the worth question, what makes a report worth anything? nothings gonna get you back in that party, so what do you hope to "gain" from reporting?

if you dragged it on as long as you claim, i could absolutely see a valid harassment kick.

as to the worth question, what makes a report worth anything? nothings gonna get you back in that party, so what do you hope to "gain" from reporting?

Why should I be at fault, when the healer didn't use their skill within a 10 second window and then wants to continue blaming me for "not paying attention?"

I saw you mentioned the next area so thought the first boss you got kicked, which is still close to the start though I reread it and saw "second boss". Well a report is up to you then, if you feel you were targeted wrongly then I suppose you could contact a GM but honestly might not be worth the hassle, they may just see it as a difference of playstyle.

youre right the healer should have esuna'd the doom, but the healer is also right, because you shouldnt have been hit by it in the first place. you having controller issues is not your party's problem. especially if you cant be courteous enough to tell them that youre having an issue. you and the sch dragged on the argument for 2 bosses instead of just dropping it and it got to the point where you were irritating at least 1 other person (the whm). if i were in your party, i'd have hit yes on vote dismiss too.

Instead of saying something like "I'm sorry! my controller got stuck", you jump right at the healers and blame them for the death. Yes, healers should remove the bad, but DPS should also avoid the easy moves. You then got snarky and it all drags out, and you're surprised you got kicked?

Yes, but distractions happen. Just like controllers glitch. Instead of owning up to your own mistake you go and blame the healers. The whole situation sounds like it could have been avoided.
