    black screen after logging out

    Whenever I log off and exit the screen, my screen goes completely black and is unable to return to the desktop. Only way, thus far, to remedy this is to use task manager/click FFXIV (not responding)/End task and it fixes it. This has been going on for about a week. Any idea why this is happening and a possible fix, thank you.

    I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. How long have you been having this issue? Also when the screen goes black, is there an error message that appears? If so, please provide the error message.
