    Purchased NA Stormblood but play in EU

    Hello, I've already sent support tickets but that just happened and I'm concerned. Can I somehow trade NA expansion to EU or at least get a refund so I can buy it again?

    Purchased expansion from NA SE store without looking... Just when I clicked to activate product I noticed that it is from NA and there would be no refund if the product is activated.

    I haven't heard from support for a day now. Will this be taken care of or should I buy expansion again?

    People say the only useful help you get from support is if you use their live chat or call them.

    This company is extremely well known across the EN community for making its customers/players jump through multiple burning hoops in order to resolve an issue.

    I hope it works out.

    Have you tried going back to that site and logging in to cancel the order? I accidentally ordered 2 copies and cancelled one that way.

    Once you press the activate button it can't be cancelled. Read it only after pressing the button though. Got response from support, they told me to get help from store support (which I should have done at first).
