Can't Access Gyr Abania Clan Hunt stuff

This is more of an in-game issue, but I seem to have gotten myself into a strange pickle.
At Gyr Abania, while talking with the Clan Centurio Member, I am unable to access certain shops and it tells me that I have to finish sidequest "Elite and Dangerous" and "By the Grace of Lord Lolorito", but I have already finished both.

I don't know what to check next. I've visited every npc involved in hunts, and they're in a finished state.

Just to make sure: You have talked to the Clan Centurio members in Kugane? They are the ones who unlock the Stormblood Clan Hunts.

I have not. Thanks for letting me know. There were nor indications about that at Gyr Abania.
