Players really need a vote to skip cutscene option, instead of just choosing skip.

Alternatively, the battle timer shouldnt start until everyone has finished watching/skipping the cutscene.

I like this one more, for the simple fact that voting implies majority, majority being players who already saw the cutscene, resulting in it being voted to be skipped.
