The housing market is a vicious place. Dont go unprepared.

While I managed to get my dream plot way back after the .1 fiasco, I am still bitter at this unkind stress causing and unfair system. Good luck to all of your fighting for your spots. If you don't get one now, just continue to save up until one does. I can't say for certain but I think the Ishgard thing might eventually open up into a new housing area sometime in 5.1+ or 6.0+.

So much stuff I want to do, I haven't even upgraded my Scaevan weapons because I've been in front of housing plots all day clicking on placards. It's around 10 hours of AFKing and clicking now. This is not how I would like to spend my gametime but there is nothing else I can do since this seems to be one of the few windows of opportunities to get a plot before Shadowbringers.

Happened to my boyfriend. Honestly to me it is not worth it. They may bring more housing servers in so i might just get an apartment or fc room and wait

Having access to other MBs is great for buying old seasonal items that I haven't seen listed on Faerie in ages. Hunts are also active and competitive again.

It was great! I had fun world visiting to other servers on Crystal and seeing the main hubs so busy! I found something I've needed for a CUL quest for a while on Balmung (grilled sweetfish, haven't seen it on Coeurl for a long while) for a decent price. I relocated my small Shirogane house to the Lavender Beds when my favourite plot opened up (right by the Wildflower Stalls, best location in my opinion for a small) and spent the rest of the day working with my partner to craft my Odder Otter house walls and then upgrade our airship and finished off by decorating the outside of my house. All in all, a very productive day

My day has been spent resolving the 100ish (Unable to Retrieve) in my friends list.

And then helping craft otter walls and 3858265839 other things for someone who may have posted just above me.

For the OP: sorry your server is full of dicks. Our housing went pretty smoothly today, saw everyone in my FC looking to get a house get a house with no real issue.
