Pre-ordering Shadowbringers and Access to Other Expansions

Hey everyone,

I'm planning on making a return to XIV after having taken a hiatus at the end of Heavensward.

I haven't purchased Stormblood, and since it'll be included in Shandowbringers which is just around the corner, I figured I'd just pre-order that.

However, I'm wondering: when you pre-order Shadowbringers, do you immediately get access to Stormblood's content, or do you have to wait until Shadowbringers is officially released?

No. You get it with the early access.

Also nobody has bought shadowbringers yet. They will deduct the amount once the pre-release happens at the end of June. That's why you can't access any of the expansion content but to me, I feel like they should have deducted the whole amount immediately or have an option to and give people the chance to catch up. There might be a law stating they can't or they are betting people will want to buy HW/SB even though they bought shadowbringers lol
