3 Day Cooldown Of Transfer During NA Free Transfer Event Needs to be waived?

I have 4 characters across 4 servers. Doesn't hurt to ask, and if you don't want or need it you could always ignore it.

Sure it doesn't hurt to ask and no I don't personally need it.. but there is probably a reason they've put it in place.
The reason may be "we still want paid transfers to be a thing and not give away an entire account reshuffling"... but it's a reason.

you are well within limits to be able to transfer all 4 characters within the given time even with the restriction though.
