Transfering from Zalera broken?

Anyone else having issues with this, trying to transfer away from Zalera and its still prompting me to pay $18

its happening to me too. tried to transfer my zalera 4 year old character to cactuar and balmung and it was charging me $18 when i tried to move that character, then i tried to move my balmung character to another server to see if i was having the same problem and mogstation was charging $0. in another place i read that everybody who is trying to leave zalera using the free transfer is having the same issue

I'm trying to transfer some characters from Aether to Crystal to meet up with the rest of mine, and when I try the Transfer service, the "Current Home World" list is just "-------".

So is transfer just down after the update?

I'm going to need the entire 2 weeks since I have characters on 4 worlds on Aether to move to Crystal. Sigh...

What's the story? Anybody know?

When I did it, it wouldn't let me change the current home world from ----------- until I selected a destination world first, then everything else worked perfectly and I got to the different world. Try putting in the destination world.

Well I chose the Destination World first from the git go and then tried Step 2. I've tried a number of choices for Crystal worlds and just -------- every time.
