    The only thing that might help is having a data center's crafters collectively go around reporting the obvious bot farmers because SE would have to be totally stupid to not think something is up for these players be getting mass reported.

    People do actually get banned for DoL/H botting (As I've seen complaints on the forums associated with said programs), it's just a question of what triggers SE to act on it because not even the botters themselves seem able to pin down a pattern.
