Request for Utsusemi

Exactly, Tezz. Just put a 2min recast on it. There's the 30secs devs were targeting for mob kills and an answer to shadow abuse.

For those asking, "Why do we need Utsusemi when we have Stoneskin?":

I was going to go for the easy answer and bring up that THF never subbed WHM, but I'll try and dig a little deeper. Perhaps it would work, but for what I see, damage completely negated is better than sustaining damage. If grouping/pulling/fighting a dangerous horde of mobs is part of the game, then what sense does it make to punish (damage/threat of death) those simply trying to play?

It's also just a nice option for many of the new/abilities they'll have to choose from in the future. Then they have to decide if it's a class or job ability & if it's enhanced by traits or armor at all.

There's many things they could do, i think they should go for it in the future.
