Some of the lesser voidsent we encounter are shaped by how they manifest; e.g. Deepeyes and Fopers are possessed eyeballs. The greater, high-end Voidsent seem to be corrupted champions like Diabolos, Ferdiad, Scathach, Cu Chulainn, Forgall, and I suspect Pazuzu, Louhi, and Penthesilea.

Ultima is rather curious because her design evokes both Voidsent and Sin Eaters, as well as the statuary of Zodiark. Her connection to auracite also brings to mind Eureka, who was also distributing dubious artifacts that corrupt its users.
