Purchases not working?

I want to buy Stormblood
Somebody replied to my previous question about it and said that the Purchases are broken but that it is available from SE Store. I don't know what is meant with SE Store. It is actually the Square Enix Store that I was trying to buy from.

I previously left the game because I bought Stormblood but they gave me EU cophy whilst I am on NA. After back and forth corresp over three weeks I gave up and left the game.

I came back now but it still seems to be that they just don't let you purchase the game Stormblood? How do others buy it? They did accept my subscription but that is really a rip off because if I cannot play the (now old) expansion then why do I need subscription.?

Can I please get help from somebody? Would be appreciated. If I leave the game I will just unstall it and forget about it My son said it would be a shame because I loved this game. But what else is there to do???

I did not get a direct link, sorry. You merely said to go to SE Store. SE store is the one I have a problem with. A link would be great. but now, since there is an 'answer' I guess I can get up on this unless I wait a day or so and make a new post.

Or maybe just give up on Final Fantasy.

Basically you got to redo your account name and pw (se screwed this up bigtime by making it so some people had to make seperate accounts to get thier old account updated etc.) should let you do the purchase

If you bought the base game from Steam you have to buy all current and upcoming expansions through Steam. If you have a regular non-steam account then try buying it from your account management page in the mog station. After logging in there you should see a chart with all your registered content and the ones you have yet to buy, simply click "Buy" on the one you want. If for some reason that still doesn't work, you can buy a key from any of the several authorized resellers like Humble Bundle store or greenmangaming.com. Please remember that a Steam key will not work on a non-steam account and vice-versa. I know I'm repeating myself with that but it's a crucial piece of info and is more often than not what is causing problems for people.

I'd just buy it from Amazon or someplace like it. They have it $10 cheaper than the SE Store anyway. (The SE store never seems to discount older items. Stormblood is still selling there for the full price it was at when released, so now you're better off going to a third party retailer so long as it's someplace you trust.)

p.s. Though as Ekinoxe mentioned, that's not possible if you have the Steam client. In that case, expansions can only be purchased through Steam.
