PS4 Error 2002

So since this morning around 3:00am Cst it said servers are about to go down.
so i logged out and i went to site to find out how long servers will be down it says that they will not go down till 6:00pm on 4/22/2019. so i log back into game to progress through storm blood some more and i keep getting cannot connect to data center error 2002 on my ps4. so i looked it up what might cause issue so i uploaded all my data to the psn for this game deleted all content after that and said to un-stall and no information on ff xiv is on ps4 i reinstall game get to the loading screen and start from scratch already have a account i get to pick the data center i have my character on and i get same issue i do not know if anyone else is having this issue on there playstation please help whats going on

There is a world maintenance from 6pm-3am PST, but NA servers are down 3am-3am PST.

For some reason this notice is shown second when you launch the game and you have to scroll down to see it. I wasn't even aware about it until a few minutes ago when I ran into the issue myself.
