Extend Hatching Tide Event

Due to the NA data center Maintenance could we please get a 24 hour extension on the Hatching Tide event?

The event was scheduled to end at 10:59 am EST. however Maintenance started at 3:00 am.

I was planning to get this event done this morning before work, but could not log in due to maintenance. Please take pity on me....

sorry, the devs even made a post saying that because of maint the event was going to end early for NA.

Sooo why couldn't you do it last Monday before work? Or after work? Or any other day but this one? There was a free log in period, think it's still going- if you qualified. Why did you wait until the maintenance they announced quite some time ago as well as a player mentioning a PSA in a thread?

14 hour work days during the week and spending time with my son on Sundays. Would you like to know anything else about my personal life? Not everybody has time to play games. A schedule was posted and I picked a date to do the event. It's as simple as that.

If you don't have time for a long term commitment kind of game with scheduled maintenance (as per mmo tradition), play another game that panders to your schedule that wont go offline when it's most convenient to you.

the event literally takes 20 min at max and were so late in the patch that you dont need to hurry weeklys, if you want till the last day its your own fault. And yes i work full time and got a child as well so...

Unfortunately if such is your schedule, you will miss things in the game. It’s going to happen and this is such.
I feel for you, but with an MMO you need to be somewhat available for it if you want to see and do everything. It’s not like other games where if you put it off, it waits for you.
This isn’t the first time an event has been cut short, it won’t be the last, and it didn’t even impact everyone on the same scale.
