Nitpicks:

Outmaneuver restores MP with each block, which makes it somewhat more appropriate for WHM. (Nevermind. Gives TP. Only gives MP if you're 44+ GLA. Thanks Klive!) It also increases block rate a little.

I don't think you can use certain Shield-related Gladiator skills without a shield equipped, so they can't be used by WAR, may be wrong on this. (Shield bash and Outmaneuver)

GLA, not GLD

Outmaneuver - Increases block rate and grants TP for each block made while effect is active.

You need the GLA trait at level 44 Enhanced Outmaneuver to get mana back and CNJ can't get that.

EDIT: I would like to add, most paladins will have raise equipped. With only three jobs able to use raise, you really can't leave it out.
