When characters switch to a job, they can only equip half (rounded down) of the other class-specific actions. For example, a level 35 gladiator can normally equip seven class-specific actions from other classes, but a level 35 paladin can only equip three.

Some ppl obviously have never played a gladiator or marauder... First off, Gladiators CANNOT parry with a shield equipped, foresight is useless. 2ndly marauder CANNOT block, shield bash and outmaneuver are useless.

PLD is also paired up with CNJ not MRD.

Each job is paired with the "Sub Class" needed to unlock it+ 1 other. So PLD is paired with CNJ and MRD

PLD pre req is 15CON.. but for cross class abilities yes they are paired with CON and MRD. As for the 5 abilities from them, as someone stated Foresight is useless since PLD wont parry with shield equipped. I would go with. (1) Provoke (2) Cure (3)Sacred Prism* (4) Raise (5)Toss up between Stoneskin and Blood bath. If Spirits within does a good chunk of Dmg.. them blood bath. If not the other ws don't do enough dmg to warrant a spot.

* Sacred Prism cure on the whole group gains massive hate. Also just imagine if sacred Prism could be used with the PLD HP recovery ability..

Wait a minute...foresight works with swords? Had no idea you could parry with a one hand sword in this game.

Sorry for my mistakes, I was just bashing this list out fast as I was in a rush (hence the shorthand). But thanks for pointing them out! And to those who mentioned parry being useless for Gladiator, again, you're right, same reason, was just typing what I read. Block may not work for Warrior but that doesn't mean the stun effects from the abilities won't... Right? lol
