Was queued for Dun Scaith, after 40 minutes pops then someone withdraws, bugged?

Was queued for Dun Scaith (on that portion of Void Ark quest), and after 40 minutes of waiting queue pops and someone withdraws. No problem I think, it will pop again in a few minutes.

Then I look at the queue and all the healers & tanks are no longer in it and it's down to 6 DPS. Currently at over an hour wait.

It's no problem b/c I'm doing crafting quests anyways, but just curious if there's a chance it could be bugged or if eventually it will fill back up?

Edit: And as I posted this I got a pop. Go figure :/

The thing about the duty finder is if someone times out or withdraws the duty finder might potentially make a new match with different people (since not everyone queues solo). Meaning even if you accepted, if someone else does not and a match of 24 people was made without you it'll happen and you'll have to wait for it to refill.

I've had an instant queue 24 man turn into a half hour queue before because of it, all because of that one person that seemingly never pays attention to accept.

So when the que fills everyone gets the pop. Ideally everyone hits yes and the group starts. But sometimes someone is afk, or suddenly busy and has to hit no. What happens to them? Because they said no, they are pulled out of line and the que needs to refill. Often times this is just one person getting back in line once theyre ready, and someone will replace them moments later. But lets say 5 friends que as a group. If one of them isnt ready to go and hits no(or more likely times out from being afk), the whole group gets pulled out of line and need to reque.

It would be nice if it just worked as pvp. You get in and it fills up automatically after that if someone clicked no

I think what happens is you have a scenario where one person queues for something specifically, all of those who have queued for roulette meet the requirements and the queue pops. One of those players drops out for whatever reason, and the next person in line has also queued up for a specific 24-man but a lower requirement such as one of the ARR raids (where they likely went); they along with another roulette player meeting the requirements go into that one, leaving you in the dust.

There is also the case that Frizze brought up where a group of people queue up, and have to re-queue because their registration is withdrawn. In these cases though, I don't think you'll see all the players drop off, only the ones that were grouped along with the player who withdrew, or their timer expired.
