People, people. No more posts into this thread. The TC has been gone for several days meaning either they've seen the wrong in their doom saying, deemed continuing this isnt worth it, or have returned to WoW where this mindset is supported. Though I would love for them to chime in on those never getting answered questions.

wow you kids got really angry that a new player is calling the game out for very important points, if you say I have no opinion bc im new well vice versa, for someone who puts thousands of hours into the game im sorry your opinion doesnt matter either because youre obviously way too biased to point out anything that this thread was made for, 50 to 70 is when classes get more abilities yes but combat fluidity doesnt change, in any mmo has it ever changed mid game, im sorry it just dont work like that
Wait how in the world am I being toxic????????? maybe my last reply bc the mods pissed me off but im legit try to get veterans in on making the game better and everyones just jerking off in a circle saying the games fine, fine if you guys wanna keep saying how im bad and go to a different game if I dont like this one then the real reason the games gonna die is because most of the players arent looking towards the future and is carressing the fact that the game is up, you guys will quite literally be the downfall of the game bc no new player would want to come to a community like this

I felt the same way about the color palette when I first played. But one thing you'll notice as you progress is that different areas use different color grading. There are definitely a variety of locations with colorful atmospheres!

Several posts have outlined that the game isn't fine... however those posts outlined what the community thinks the problems are (easy enough to sum that up, just go with what the threads are that are five million). This game, like most games, does have flaws and things that could be better. The problem with this is some flaws are viewpoints and not facts.wow you kids got really angry that a new player is calling the game out for very important points, if you say I have no opinion bc im new well vice versa, for someone who puts thousands of hours into the game im sorry your opinion doesnt matter either because youre obviously way too biased to point out anything that this thread was made for, 50 to 70 is when classes get more abilities yes but combat fluidity doesnt change, in any mmo has it ever changed mid game, im sorry it just dont work like that

You feel jumping needs to be fixed... outside of a small portion of the game (sight seeing log in stormblood and a game in the gold suacer) jumping has no impact on anything.... so while it may feel problematic for you.. its fine for the needs of how they work.
You say combat is an issue, youre a summoner, before sixty... its a little less fun but most caster classes have turret moments... comes with the job.. if youre not feeling it try another one. I didnt like summoner myself until it gets to sixty (mostly because of the egi system) and while there are lots of things I think should be fixed.. well lets say the only one I know that the community is behind is fixing healing.

I havent progressed past 50 why? lets sit down and think.... the new xpac is coming out soon and why would I spend money to get the current game when I can just buy the new xpac and get them all????? Ive been busy lately but when I do play ive been lvling up blacksmithing
did you really just say jumping has nothing to do with he game? by instinct a play jumps one in a while to make them truly feel like theyre in control of their character bc if you only run around using abilities it makes you feel automated, when I pvp jumping allows me to set up an abilties cast when im still moving even if its for a split moment, that split moment makes the game feel alive and immersive and this game completely denies the act of allowing that

thank you, wow a player who actually says something other than "get good or lvl up"
You do realize most of the people who are calling you out is bc we can see that you don't know what you're talking about. Like seriously how would you know what at 50-70 summoner or scholar feels like when you haven't even played it. What bc your friends said so? Excuse me, am I supposed to trust these so called friends that haven't so much as showed up on this post to defend you? Please call them up. I'd love to hear from your supposed friends that are high end raiders to give their input on how Scholar of all classes is slow. Spoilers, Scholar is probably the least slowest healer by level 60 if not 56. But you know, with you're level 50 knowledge please tell me otherwise.wow you kids got really angry that a new player is calling the game out for very important points, if you say I have no opinion bc im new well vice versa, for someone who puts thousands of hours into the game im sorry your opinion doesnt matter either because youre obviously way too biased to point out anything that this thread was made for, 50 to 70 is when classes get more abilities yes but combat fluidity doesnt change, in any mmo has it ever changed mid game, im sorry it just dont work like that
I mean if you want proof, just look at this current post I am replying to.

Also you're just mad bc people from WoW are leaving your game for FFXIV. Also, we have a great community. And how we ensure we continue to have a great community is smelling out bad eggs. Nice try. Poke a hornets nest and expecting sympathy doesn't exactly work.

Wow.. I'm surprised they stayed around to chat as long as they did.
If you're still around Minro, it's all true, unfortunately. One thing I don't think was mentioned in great detail, all the jobs at 50 or lower got neutered af throughout the expansions. They had to delete skills to make room for news ones, they changed the cross-role skills around entirely (you used to have to level up 2 or 3 other jobs to get cross class skills), and even the content itself below level 60 got nerfed to oblivion.
BUT.. There is more to be had at level cap. Combat will feel a bit faster paced, there's more abilities and more mechanics to handle. More gear and glamour to obtain, side quests and larger zones open up, more difficult content is accessible.. There's a lot more you haven't seen. Yes, lv60 and below is pretty rough. 50 and below even worse because of all the changes that have happened since it was originally current.
It get's better if you can stick it out. Honestly if you like faster paced combat you should try a melee job like monk, ninja or sam. Personally I never liked casters that much because it's too much standing around, melee's are a lot more engaging IMO.
