Stormblood wont work

I bought shadowbringers pre order,early release which is suppose to come with stormblood an older dlc on ps4 but i can not access stormblood. Why is this?

Buying Shadowbringers will not activate access to the older expansion areas until Shadowbringers is opened for Early Access.

To elaborate on what MistakeNot said, technically speaking, Stormblood and Heavensward haven't been incorporated into the Shadowbringers service yet, because that service isn't online yet.
Shadowbringers will include the previous 2 expansions once it becomes the current expansion. However, until the early access patch day, Stormblood remains the current expansion.

So if you want to play Stormblood today, you need to buy it separately. Once Shadowbringers is out, you will be able to play Stormblood even without having to buy it separately.

If you really can't wait for June 28, Stormblood has been getting discounted a lot lately so maybe they will slash the price one more time between now and then.

In an fairness, it doesn't say this on the PS store which probably didn't help the OP much at all. It mentions early access dates, in-game items, theme/avatar etc but from what I saw nothing about access to the previous expansions.
