so if we pretend that we know for a fact that differing playstyles is against new ToS, how is the minority not also "compelling a playstyle" by insisting on slow pulls?my point wasnt that it was invalid, my point was that it was not how it was designed to be used, and not how players are told to use the function. The first is extrapolation, but the second is fact.
If they in fact intend most people to use it to kick for playstyle, its a horrible implementation.
also, have you seen the post linking the more recent TOS?
which states expressions compelling a playstyle maybe actionable if they hurt or obstruct?
its in direct opposition to that two year old response
also do point out which of it is a direct response?
