Suggesting a tool which modifies the game in a way thats stated in the ToS is very thin ice.
Please do not use it if you dont want to get in trouble @OP

- Modifying, analysing, integrating, and/or reverse engineering game software or data.

You won't get banned or TOS smacked by using ReShade. If that were the case, 1/2 of the community would be gone, due to them using it for screenshots.
