In-game Lighting and Character Appearance

Hello, I just wanted to know if the way that the lighting reflects on the character's appearance bothers anyone else?

I've tried messing with the character lighting option, but it doesn't really help. Feel free to check the links that depict the difference of my character in good lighting vs bad lighting.

In the good lighting, he looks appealing to me. However, in poor lighting, he looks like a completely different person.

I mean that is how lighting works in real life. Depending on the way the light hit's one's face it can accentuate one's better features, or make the worse ones look even more horrible.

What Enla said... my character is gorgeous (imo), but put her in the wrong lighting, annnnnd... y i k e s. It really does irritate the perfectionist in me, but that's just how it is! :P

Try using Reshade? Only works in PC thou, also you need a fast PC for it xD.

Under most lights, my char just looks tanned, a bit reddish but normal. Inside Alexander raids though? ohh boy, I am literally orange, so orange I put spray tan to shame.

Naga has an issue with lighting to. Sometimes hes blue. other times hes purple. Maybe he'll be soot black today, who knows! My cousin likes to joke that hes possibly part chameleon.

You won't get banned or TOS smacked by using ReShade. If that were the case, 1/2 of the community would be gone, due to them using it for screenshots.

The devs have also said reshade is fine. They were asked about it in a Q&A a while ago.
