    [Error 601] Billing issues

    A friend of mine who has just recently trying to play again were not able to get through the billing system for unknown reason, support wasnt much of a help either.

    this was the option he chose.


    and the error he received.



    what does error 601 stands for?

    Same thing happened to me, I cannot buy crysta or use CC options and the support person I talked to on phone was possibly the rudest man I have spoke to. Perhaps hes having a bad day but he wouldn't let me talk and just kept blaming it on my cc, who i talked to prior to support and assured me no one was trying to use a 1 cent charge. This phone call was possibly the last straw. I love this game, loves XI but this is crap. Every other game in the world seems to offer web support (Se used to it took three hrs to connect but they dont even offer this anymore) I had to fill out a forum just to get a ticket number -call- SE , wait for a agent who basically cut me off and even exasperated sighed at me and put me on hold. If this is the rigarmaroo I have to go through to give -you- money then I may keep it and spend it on something else. Good day.

    P.s I must assure you I am a very easy going person to talk to! I am never rude to agents, and I did not deserve this attitude.

    This Error typically Occurs when the Any given piece of information in your Billing Information is Different from your Account Information. Name, address, ect. ect.

    I had to use Click and Buy because I started the Account with one Card and then Used a different Card to pay when Subs came back.

    Never went back to try and fix it after using click and buy so i don't know if there is a way to fix it.
