Will Balmung ever open again?

First of all, if I break any rules, I'm sorry, this is my first post in the forums.

I'm a new user so I don't really know how the congested world thing works but, how long does it usually take for a server to get out of the "congested" status? I was very disappointed to learn that I can't play on Balmung, and I was wondering how long will it take until I'll be able to.

It depends on if space becomes available. Balmung was opened temporarily at least three times last year that I can recall.

You will be able to do with them soon without having to be on the same server. They’re adding world visitation.

You realize people can transfer out of Balmung, right? Thus spreading it. And with world transfer coming soon, people won't be able to visit so long as we're still congested, but you can bet we'll be visiting outside of it...
Quarantine only works so long as not only do things not go in, but things also don't come out...

I prefer the term Balmunglers, it implies they can do no right in the eyes of the rest of the playerbase
