Help, Alchemist desynth

I had 160 ALC alchemist.

I read guide say 160-180 desynth from 60lvl EX dungeon for drop SMN/SCH weapons.
It's old and I late. I can't solo this duty.
Since I kill enemies so slow in unsynced. I had bad mood this.

Suggest for new idea easy 160-180?

Any other SMN/Scholar weapons of that level range, mainly:

- the drops from Neverreap/Fractal (first two level 60 dungeons in HW)
- the ilvl170-gear (HW "starting" endgame gear), which can now be purchased for 70 Centurio Seals in Ishgard
- ilvl180 PvP-weapons are also an option, at 2k Wolf Marks each
